We offer a 7-day return policy for orders that arrive
defective, damaged, or incorrect.
When you contact us with your order number and details of the issue,
our team reviews the case and may request supporting evidence
(such as photos or videos) to verify the claim.
If approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
Please pack the item the same way you received it.
After the parcel reaches our warehouse, it goes through a
quality check (QC). Once QC confirms the issue, your
refund or exchange request is processed.

Handling Fee for Change of Mind
For approved change-of-mind returns, a
Rs. 200 handling fee
will be deducted from the refund or charged during exchange delivery.
This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Opened, used, or incomplete items cannot be returned.
Undergarments and similar personal items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
