At Glamorix.pk, we want your shopping experience to feel simple and worry-free. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and missing-item claims are handled. Please read the details carefully before submitting a request.

Refund Process at Glamorix.pk

We offer a 7-day return policy for orders that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

When you contact us with your order number and details of the issue, our team reviews the case and may request supporting evidence (such as photos or videos) to verify the claim.

If approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. Please pack the item the same way you received it.

After the parcel reaches our warehouse, it goes through a quality check (QC). Once QC confirms the issue, your refund or exchange request is processed.

Refunds may be issued in:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer (may take up to 15 days after receiving the returned item)
  • Refund voucher, activated within 48 hours of confirmation and usable on your next purchase
 

I Received a Damaged or Incorrect Order – How Do I Return It?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we make the process simple.

Here's what to do:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos or other evidence.
  2. Our team will review and verify the issue.
  3. Please return the item in its original condition.
  4. After QC confirmation, you will receive your refund or voucher.

Note: Reverse pickups may take up to 7 calendar days, depending on courier schedules.

 

I Received My Order but Something Is Missing – What Should I Do?

If any item is missing, contact us immediately with your order information.

For accuracy, our team checks:

  • Warehouse dispatch footage

If dispatch footage confirms that all items were packed correctly, we will not be able to approve the claim.

If an item is found to be missing, we will process a refund or reshipment within 7 days after recieving the returned product.

 

Can I Exchange My Order?

We offer exchanges only when the product is damaged or incorrect.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition

Once your returned item passes QC, we will ship the replacement or issue a refund or voucher.

 

Can I Return My Order Due to a Change of Mind?

Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns within 24 hours for reasons such as:

  • Wrong shade selected
  • Wrong variant selected
  • You no longer want the item

The item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • With original packaging and seals intact

Once the product is received and approved by QC, your refund or voucher will be processed.

Handling Fee for Change of Mind

For approved change-of-mind returns, a Rs. 200 handling fee will be deducted from the refund or charged during exchange delivery.

This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Opened, used, or incomplete items cannot be returned. Undergarments and similar personal items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
